About Me

Hi, I’m Elizabeth a science teacher, Energy Practitioner, and a forever student of life. I’m 33 years old, a proud mom to a spirited 5-year-old daughter who keeps my heart full and reminds me daily to stay playful and curious.

Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, I grew up as the youngest of five siblings in a lively, loving family. Those roots taught me the importance of connection, resilience, and finding joy in everyday moments.

When I’m not teaching or holding space for healing, you’ll find me hiking new trails, spending quality time with family, relaxing, or seeking out new places to explore. Nature, laughter, and community are some of the things that ground and inspire me.

Both my journey as a mother and my path as a healer have taught me that true strength comes from within and it’s my joy to help others reconnect to that strength within themselves.
