About Me
Hi, I’m Elizabeth….you can call me Liz.
I’m the founder of Rooted Strides, a Self-Discovery & Spiritual Growth Guide, a science teacher, and a forever student of life. I’m also a mother to a spirited daughter who reminds me daily to stay present, make room for play, and see life with curiosity.
Born in Los Angeles and raised in San Diego, I grew up as the youngest of five. Family and community have shaped how much I value connection and how deeply I believe we all deserve space to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Rooted Strides grew from my own journey of learning to care without losing myself, listen to my needs, and trust my voice. Along the way, I began asking deeper questions: Who am I beyond my responsibilities? What beliefs am I carrying? What do I actually want to experience in this life?
Those questions continue to shape both my life and the work I share.
As a teacher, I love helping people understand themselves and explore new possibilities. As a spiritual guide, I bring that curiosity into experiences that invite reflection, connection, and meaningful action.
Through spiritual teachings, sound, energy work, guided journeys, and ceremony, I support women who feel disconnected from themselves or uncertain about their next chapter. Together, we make space to notice familiar patterns, explore what feels true, and take steps that reflect who they are and what matters to them.
My intention is for you to leave with a deeper connection to your own voice and more trust in your ability to choose your path.
Outside of teaching and Rooted Strides, you’ll find me spending time with my family, exploring new places, or reconnecting with nature. These are the everyday experiences that ground me and remind me to live what I teach.
For me, spiritual growth is something we bring into daily life: how we care for ourselves, the choices we make, the boundaries we hold, and the joy we allow ourselves to experience.
Rooted Strides is a space to discover who you are and give yourself permission to live from that place.
